Healthy Mac and Cheese
A tasty, creamy classic without the guilt, you’ll never want to buy mac and cheese from the box again!
- 1 ½ cups Oliana Farfalle
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp white flour
- 1 ¼ cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- ½ tbsp Dodoni butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta until al dente in a large saucepan of lightly salted water.
Whisk the flour and butter together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the cheese, salt, pepper to the cooked pasta. Mix thoroughly, and stir in the butter mixture. Serve as soon as it melts into the dish.
