Greek Salad

A brilliantly vibrant, fresh and light salad that will brighten up any meal

Serves 4


  • 4 firm, ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, roughly chopped
  • ½ red onion, sliced into rings
  • ½ red capsicum, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 100g Oliana kalamata olives
  • 110g Oliana feta
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 60ml Oliana olive oil
  • 30ml white vinegar


Combine tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, olives and organic feta into a salad bowl. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.

Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar in a jug. Drizzle the salad with dressing and toss to combine.
