Baked Feta Parcels

Perfect for a cold winters night. Easy to prepare and even easier to eat!

Serves 4


  • 4 x 100g slices of Oliana feta
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 tbsp fresh tomato, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp dry oregano
  • Cracked pepper
  • 4 tbsp Oliana olive oil


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place each piece of feta in the centre of a piece of aluminum foil.

Place the onion, garlic, capers, tomato, oregano, pepper, and olive oil on top of each piece of feta.

Seal the packets tightly. Place them on a tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Carefully open them and serve hot with some crusty bread.
