Did you know that ‘saganaki’ isn’t actually a type of cheese? The cheese used in our Saganaki is actually called kefalograviera (and no, we haven’t renamed it ‘saganaki’ because it’s just easier to say that kefalograviera…. although that’s definitely a good selling point). The word saganaki comes from the greek word, meaning “little frying pan,” to highlight the tradition method in which the cheese was cooked and served.
